Return to Interlibrary Loan Logon For when the articles and book chapters you need aren't available electronically

What is the UL Article Delivery Service?

The UL Article Delivery Service is a service offered by University Library’s Interlibrary Services department. In addition to ordering articles not available on campus, you can request scans of articles from within University Library’s print collection.

There are some limitations due to federal copyright guidelines and local workflow considerations, but we will try to scan the articles and book chapters you need.

Who can use the UL Article Delivery Service?

All IUPUI affiliates (Faculty, Staff, Graduate Students, Undergraduate Students) whose school/department or unit is served by University Library are able to use the UL Article Delivery Service.

What does the service cost?

There is no charge for this service.

How do I make a request?

Log on to ILLiad at https://ill.ulib.iupui.edu/ and submit a new Article or Book Chapter Request (First-time users will need to complete the user registration process.)

If you have the call number, please enter it in the Notes field.

How long will it take to receive the articles?

Requests are usually filled within 3 business days, but times may vary. You will receive an email message notifying you when the article is available for viewing/printing on your ILLiad account.
